- Strong relationship with team mates to help link sales and operations in your business. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Be comfortable qualifying prospects and making multiple calls/visits per day.
- Desire to learn and continue to grow your knowledge.
- Disciplined and organized. Results focused/driven.
- Politely persistent in actions and follow-up to close sales.
- Ability to plan and organize your time effectively.
- Professional conduct and presentation of yourself.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to discover opportunities.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and exceeding sales performance targets.
- Weekly reporting of sales activity to the Branch Manager.
- Completing 20 outside sales calls per week.
- Pricing your sales opportunities to win business.
- Travelling to surrounding states cities and states on a regular and reoccurring schedule.
- Utilizing internal CRM for opportunities, calls and gains.
- Generating leads for our partners and colleagues.
