Chennai & Dubai / Jebel Ali Hazardous Minimum Increase

  
CaroTrans will increase the hazardous minimum effective July 27, 2022 on all LCL cargo that moves to Chennai or Dubai / Jebel Ali citing underlying carrier changes for hazardous containers.

In addition to the above and effective immediately, CaroTrans will no longer accept Class 2 hazardous shipments in our direct consolidations to Chennai* or
Dubai / Jebel Ali**.

* Class 2 allowed to Nhava Sheva when approved by the underlying carrier and by our partner at destination.

** Class 2 allowed from the Chicago and New York gateways when approved by the underlying carrier and by our partner at destination.

If any mitigation and/or delay of this increase is confirmed, we will pass it along as applicable.
