Effectively immediately, CaroTrans USA has reinstated hazardous LCL service to Shanghai - specifically Classes 3, 8, & 9. An SDS will be required prior to booking in order for CaroTrans to confirm acceptance. 

CaroTrans will implement a GRI from the Midwest and the PNW to LATAM effective June 10, 2022. Note - Colombia was removed from this GRI.
