LCL Export Customer Advisory 26-001 Oxidizing Substances Surcharge

Due to untenable costs incurred from the underlying carrier, CaroTrans will implement an Oxidizing Substances Surcharge applicable to all LCL export shipments containing Class 5.1 hazardous cargo when Maersk is the underlying carrier. 
 
Origins Destinations Type Amount Effective
USA & Canada Autralia & New Zealand
(both to & via by way of Maersk)		 Surcharge $5,000 per Bill of Lading 02.15.26
USA & Canada All Other Destinations
(both to & via by way of Maersk)		 Surcharge $1,600 per Bill of Lading 02.15.26

If any mitigation and/or delay of this increase is confirmed, we will pass it along as applicable. All increases have a minimum of 1 CBM.
