LCL Export Client Advisory 26-006 Temporary Dock Receipt Processing Update *Resolved*

We’re happy to report that the issue preventing dock receipts and dock receipt images from automatically transferring into our system has been fully resolved.

What’s back to normal:
•    Dock receipts and dock receipt images are once again transferring automatically through the standard process.
•    Dock receipts are being delivered in their usual format.
•    All supporting shipment details - including tally information and last known transit warehouse - have continued to flow correctly throughout the incident.

What this means for you:
•    No further action is required on your part.
•    Any temporary PDF-formatted dock receipts provided during the issue will remain available for reference.
•    Future dock receipts will appear as expected moving forward.
