LCL Export Client Advisory 26-006 Temporary Dock Receipt Processing Update
April 7, 2026We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing dock receipts and dock receipt images from automatically transferring into our system. While our teams are actively working on a resolution, some dock receipt documents may appear in a different format than usual.
What this means for you:
• Dock receipts are still being captured, but they may be provided as PDF documents rather than through the standard automated process.
• Supporting shipment details (such as tally information and last known transit warehouse) are continuing to flow correctly.
• You may receive dock receipts that look different than what you typically receive.
What we’re doing:
• Our team has implemented a temporary manual process to ensure dock receipt information continues to be shared without disruption.
• We are working diligently to restore full system functionality as quickly as possible.
