LCL Export Customer Advisory 26-002 Technology Infrastructure Fee

CaroTrans will implement a Technology Infrastructure Fee applicable on all LCL export and import shipments. This surcharge replaces the previously announced Wage Adjustment Fee that took effect on April 1st, 2025.
